App settings and features

The kinastic Coach is a virtual health coach that creates the optimal roadmap for everyone - regardless of age, gender, fitness level over several weeks. It supports you in the areas of nutrition, exercise and well-being. It is fully automatic and highly individual and always adapts to your current life situation.

Yes, the app is available in English and German.

No, you must have your mobile data turned on or connected to wifi to perform a workout.

No, you can only use the app with an Internet connection at this time.

You can't close the app completely during the workout, otherwise it will be interrupted. However, you can turn off your phone once you have started the workout. If you have set the autoplay mode, the coach will automatically skip to the next exercise as soon as the previous one is finished.

Under your profile you will find your settings button in the top right corner. Under the Account menu item, you can enable, pause, or completely disable notifications.

Yes, you have the option to delete your account. To do this, click on Settings in the profile tab at the top right. Then go to Account and click on "Delete my kinastic account".

Under your profile settings you can adjust the level from beginner to professional. To activate your changes, restart your running program.

Yes, you can. Under your profile settings, you can customize your diet. Only recipes that match your diet will be displayed.

Your kinastic journey

In your weekly schedule ("Coach Tab") in the upper right corner you will find the button "Overview". There you can see which week of the program you are currently in.

You can't. But you can change your fitness level. Under your profile settings you can adjust the level from beginner to professional. Once you have changed it, you need to restart your desired program. This way you will be assigned new exercises for the new fitness level. In addition, for most exercises you have the option to replace the exercise. In this case, you will see an arrow with the indication "Replace exercise".

Of course. You can move a single unit under the button "move to later". If you want to adjust all training days and times, you have to go to the overview of your program. In the top right corner of your weekly schedule, you will find this button. Select "Adjust training days & times" and adjust your training session.

Press and hold the unit. A window will open where you can delete individual units or all registered units. 

Under your profile you can scroll down, there you will find the section "My Equipment". There you can add different equipment. 

Select the unit and press the "Schedule this activity" button. You can now select the day and time. 

Yes, you can. Click on the completed unit above. At the top right you will find a "trash can" icon. There you can easily delete it from your plan. 

Pause the workout, there you will get to a submenu, which will guide you to the settings. Select "Coach Audio Feedback". 

Access to kinastic Coach

You will receive an access code from the person responsible in your company. If you have any questions, please contact the person in charge or at mailto:support@kinastic.com.

You need an access code because the app can only be used by employees of our partner companies. The code assigns you to your company and also displays company-specific content in the app.

You can enter the code in the app. After you have downloaded the app from the respective Google Playstore or Appstore and you open it for the first time, a field will appear on the screen that says "Enter the code you received from us or your employer".

Under your profile you will find the "Settings" button in the top right corner. Under the menu item Account you will find the sub-item "Enter accession code". Now you just have to copy and paste the code from the email. Have fun with the full version!

Onboarding / Data

When you open the app for the first time, you will be taken directly to onboarding, so that a schedule is created for you afterwards. If you would do the onboarding later, the newsfeed, the nutrition area and your workout plan would be empty - which makes only limited sense. That's why you should do the onboarding right at the beginning.

The coach deliberately asks only the questions he needs to put together an optimal roadmap over several weeks that is perfectly tailored to you. Therefore, it is necessary that you answer all questions.

As of now, you can change some answers afterwards. To do this, you need to click on the "Goals" tab under your profile in the app and then go through some of the onboarding questions again and you can change your answers.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as of today. However, you can change some answers under "Goals".

No, for privacy reasons, no one but you can see your answers. 

You can delete all your kinastic Coach and with it all your data will be deleted. To do this, go to the "Profile" tab in the app and click on "Settings" in the upper right corner. Then go to "Account" and you will see the button "Delete my kinastic account".

All your workouts are saved in the "Evaluations" tab. You have the possibility to share your workout results with your friends or family at any time.
